Key Responsibilities

Evaluate & Score Content

Interns will review and evaluate written submissions, assigning scores based on our established success criteria. This process helps develop critical analytical skills and an understanding of quality editorial standards.

Enhance Written Works

Interns will edit submissions for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and overall style. This responsibility hones attention to detail and improves your ability to communicate effectively through writing.

Create a Cohesive Narrative

Interns will strategically arrange submissions to ensure a smooth transition between pieces, grouping similar genres and determining the best order for reader engagement.

Engage in Creative Discussions

Interns will work closely with fellow team members, participating in discussions about content selection, editing strategies, and publication goals.

Educational Status

Open to all high school & university students. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing degrees in English, Communications, Journalism, or related fields, but all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Past Experience or Projects

Applicants should provide a portfolio showcasing relevant experience, whether through previous internships, academic projects, or personal writing endeavors.
